Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please contact us through Ebay or Amazon messages to get full details on how to proceed with returns. Each marketplace has its own policy and procedure.
This only applies to orders from Amazon and Ebay, and for non-customized orders.
Shipping
Standard delivery orders are processed within 2 business days* of purchase. You can expect them to arrive within 2-6 business days from the date they were shipped. Shipping duration vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order.
Order receiving date noted as same day apply to orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EST, and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 12:00 p.m. on the same business day that the order is placed. Orders placed and confirmed after 12:00PM will be noted as received on the following business day.
We ship to Canada only. We currently do not ship or bill to other international addresses. Ground shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto-Rico.
